RETURN POLICY

If at any time you are unhappy with one of our products we will work with you to resolve the problem and offer to repair, replace or exchange your original item. We kindly ask that you please measure twice before you place your order, or call us before placing your order for custom products. The bottom line is that we would like you to be completely happy with your purchase and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Stargate Cinema accepts product returns for refund for 30 days after the product is received under the following conditions: The original box and packing must be included with any return. Product return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Some items which qualify for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer's policies. All custom products, including, but not limited to custom seating, custom signs, custom drapes and products with custom finishes are non-returnable.
